All users must follow posted venue rules and staff instructions at all times. Equipment must be used for its intended purpose and handled with care. No food or drinks are allowed at gaming stations unless in designated areas. Users are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. Sessions are time-limited and must end promptly when notified by staff.
Users under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Certain high-intensity zones like VR and simulator areas require users to be at least 10 years old. Photo ID may be required to verify age for restricted access. Parents are responsible for monitoring their children’s activities and behavior. DFX Game is not liable for age-inappropriate content exposure in public areas.
All fees must be paid in full before service usage begins. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds for unused session time due to early departure or technical issues beyond our control. Lost or damaged access cards will incur a replacement fee. Group bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.
Aggressive behavior, harassment, or bullying will result in immediate removal without refund. Running, shouting, or disruptive actions are prohibited in gaming areas. Personal belongings must be secured; DFX Game is not responsible for lost items. Safety gear must be worn in VR, simulator, and motion platform zones. Report any equipment malfunction or injury to staff immediately.
All DFX Game branding, logos, and original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Photography and video recording for personal use are allowed in public areas only. Commercial filming requires prior written approval. User-generated content featuring DFX Game must not imply endorsement. Unauthorized use of DFX intellectual property may result in legal action.
DFX Game is not liable for injuries resulting from improper equipment use or failure to follow safety guidelines. Users participate in physical activities at their own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or technical issues. Force majeure events may lead to temporary closure without compensation. Personal insurance is recommended for high-value items and health coverage.
